What Happens If Part of These Terms Is Found Unenforceable?
If any individual provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions of these terms will continue in full force and effect as though the invalid or unenforceable provision had never been included.
